I met Eric when I was having an emotional meltdown. My property manager repeatedly ignored the care of our rental properties and I just wanted to get rid of them. Eric was sympathetic and didn't react like I was a hysterical old lady. It ended up that he negotiated a reasonable amount for the sale and had creative ideas throughout the process. He understood how important it was that he do what he said he was going to do and I appreciate that he did that or kept in contact with me so I knew he was working on it. I don't know how much time realtors alot for clients but I felt he was generous with his time. I would ask Eric to be my realtor again.

This was my 2nd investment purchase and 3rd overall transaction. All 3 have been, easy excellent, and profitable!

Of course there was normal stresses of buying and selling but Eric was so great about staying on communication and always keeping us well informed as things progressed.
